Jan 22 2019 My company are all software developers with high end computers and gigabit internet connections yet we can't screen share a lot of the stuff we're doing in Teams due to the compression killing contrast between text elements and the low framerate making it difficult to follow. Can anyone offer any advice or pointers as to why were getting such poor video quality - it's very off putting and doesn't make you want to use Teams. Jan 22 2021 My Brio 4K camera produces a very blurry image - even when I change the settings using the Logitech Camera Settings app down to 720p (not sure how this setting actually works technically). US? port NAT pool size limit, all ports are allowed out etc - and video works, just the quality is poor. We have a Fibre To The Premises internet connection, with >200Mb download and >50Mb upload - which I'd have thought would be more than ample for decent quality video call between 5 users? There has been calls for this online for a long time about going beyond 1080p - for example, to 4k. How do I change my Microsoft Teams background? Not a problem with my bandwidth (250Mbit). Check your task manager to see what bandwidth teams is using while youre on a call then do the same with zoom. It's just below the video image. Using screen capturedirectly in MS Stream was fixing my problem, works perfectly!

We also have fiber optic internet. I'm a huge fan of Microsoft. There are a lot of posts about this problem reaching back to 2016 and I cant find any solution. If i just use it in teams directly, the output is 360 ish locally and remotely. I set it to 16:9 and zoom things in on my screen whenever I am sharing though.
